Return & Refund Policy — Buy From Lanka

1. Return Eligibility

Buy From Lanka accepts returns within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Items must be in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

3. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur.

4. Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@grocerylanka.com and send your item to:

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
